Personal Data Of Job Applicants

If you apply for a job, then we process your personal data to facilitate the entire job application procedure on the grounds of our legitimate interests for recruiting. After the procedure we will delete your personal data as soon as possible, unless we have informed you that we require it for other purposes. The following personal data can be processed for the job application procedure:

Personal data of employees

Hereby, we inform the employees about the data collection, processing and transmission as a necessary part of the employee recommendation process. The collection of personal data from employees on the website of serves the purpose to recommend friends and acquaintances about vacancies at KW-Commerce GmbH.

The recommendation process is offered and set up via ta the recommendation portal of Recruitee B.V., Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam, Netherlands. The SaaS is the software-as-a-service for recruitment that Recruitee offers to customers (Customers). In those cases, the Customer, KW-Commerce GmbH, carries the responsibility for the personal data that is being processed. It is KW-Commerce, who is the controller and Recruitee is the processor. Employees should always contact the Customer for more information about how their personal data is being processed with the SaaS.

The following categories of personal data of Users are processed:

  • Contact details such address, e-mail and phone number;

  • Support communications;

  • Billing details;

  • Username and password;

  • Activities in the SaaS;

  • Other personal data entered into the SaaS.

The legal basis of data processing is the legitimate purpose of fulfilling a contract to award recommendation (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO). The data is also used in the legitimate interest of the employee to a secure, fast and efficient contract development (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
