The SaaS is the software-as-a-service for recruitment that Recruitee offers to customers (Customers). In those cases, the Customer, KW-Commerce GmbH, carries the responsibility for the personal data that is being processed. It is KW-Commerce, who is the controller and Recruitee is the processor. Employees should always contact the Customer for more information about how their personal data is being processed with the SaaS.
