Your position

As an Inhouse Customer Service Agent, you are the first point of contact for all customer and prospective customer inquiries of our e-commerce Grown Up, with a focus on our Dutch clientele. You are part of a young, international, and friendly team where your work will contribute significantly to the satisfaction of our customers and thus to the success of our company. In detail, your tasks will be as follows:

  • With a high level of service orientation, you will answer all our customers' questions about their purchases via written communication
  • You will be responsible for the complete after-sales service and will process delivery requests as well as complaints including credit notes, with a focus on a high level of customer satisfaction
  • You will also take care of customer feedback on our products
  • In addition, you will support the translation of various text templates

Your profile

Are you communicative, enjoy working out quick and customized solutions, and have a niche for dealing with customers? If you also bring the following with you, we'll fit together very well:

  • A stylistic ability to express yourself
  • A distinctive customer- and solution-oriented way of thinking
  • Fluent Dutch skills and ideally German skills, further languages are always welcome
